Riveting tool assembly
The system includes a split cylinder, supercharger and a dedicated rivetless riveting tool set. Each tool set consists of an upper mold, an upper stripper plate, a lower stripper plate and a lower mold. Driven by the supercharger system, these components enable high-precision riveting of the damping frame. For increased flexibility, the platform can be equipped with an optional suspended mobile riveting clamp (single or dual point).
The platform uses a power control system driven by a high-pressure hydraulic system, allowing multiple operators to work at independent workstations at the same time without interfering with each other. The typical configuration is equipped with two 3W oil pump motors with a total power of 6kW. The system is PLC controlled and equipped with independent switches and foot pedals for ergonomic operation and consistent accuracy.
Heavy Duty Foundation:
The platform is built on a stable frame with standard external dimensions of approximately 2000 × 1200 × 800mm. It can be customized with rotating brackets and auxiliary platforms to facilitate smooth movement and positioning of various damper specifications, effectively eliminating the need for manual lifting.
